  • Proof of invoice (Should contain details of all fees charged including taxes, service fee, delivery fee, packaging charges)
  • Scanned copy of the menu

Foodpanda currently charges a commission fee of 10% of the total orders from the restaurants under its food ordering business. 20% commission of every order is applicable if FoodPanda does home delivery. Also, they will deduct approximately 2% for delivery and payment gateway charges.

  • Copy of Bank Account Details
  • Copy of Business Documents – Form 9,13,49

  • Copy of business license (must be current and not expired) for each Restaurant
  • Copy of insurance policy covering all Restaurants (must be current and not expired)
  • Copy of Halal certificate (if applicable)

They will help you populate your online storefront on GrabFood and provide all the necessary equipment you need to get started. What if you as a restaurant owner have no actual shopfront?
